Neytiri’s Eats &
Nav’i Locals

Café Pandora
Café Pandora, our full service dine in restaurant, will resemble the world of Pandora in its entirety. Guests will be waited on by Avatars – all wait staff, including hosts, will resemble the movie characters and remain in character throughout the duration of the dining experience. Inside the restaurant, it will be dimly lit with glowing lights and a lot of greenery. It will be as though you are dining inside the world of Pandora with the natives. We have chosen three entrée items as our premier menu items, Rainbow Trout, Siracha Shrimp Field Greens Salad, and Vegetable Lo Mein.
One of the counter service dining options will be named Neytiri’s Eats after the main female character in the movie. The décor of Neytiri’s Eats will heavily focused on the ocean. The color palette will be different shades of blue and the restaurant will have a more calming atmosphere. The other counter service dining option, Nav’i Locals, is named after the natives of Pandora. The décor will focus on the mountains of the world and will have a color palette of greys and greens. The food stand will resemble a miniature mountain range. It is our vision to serve sushi and Asian-inspired appetizers like eggs rolls, crab rangoon, and lettuce wraps at the counter service restaurants.
James Cameron, director of Avatar, mentioned in several interviews that much of his inspiration for the film came from the mountains of China and his love of the ocean. We feel as though it is vital to incorporate Cameron’s inspirations as well as the heavy focus of nature in the movie into our menu items and restaurant décor. Much of our menu items will be Asian-inspired, of the sea, and healthier options. We do appreciate the focus of nature in the movie as you will notice throughout the entire Avatar addition, therefore we would like to choose ingredients that are organic and locally grown. With products provided by several farmer’s markets in the Orlando area, such as Edgewood Farmer’s Market and Lake Eola Farmer’s Market, we will begin crafting the menu for all three dining experiences.
Our restaurants will serve Coke products like the majority of Disney dining options. To promote Avatar World outside the gates of Disney, we will sell souvenir cups with a discounted rate on refills with promotional images of the park addition. Aside from soft drinks, juice coffee, and tea, Avatar World will sell alcoholic beverages. Avatar is rated PG-13 therefore we believe the park addition should be geared towards an older crowd. We have limited alcoholic drinks to only be served within our dine-in restaurant. Alcoholic drinks will not be allowed to be taken outside of the restaurant. There will be no drinking on the grounds of Avatar World except within the restaurant and within the hotel if provided by the guests. A blue martini will be served on Opening Day as a complementary drink special to all guests 21+ dining in our full service restaurant.
